Today, 2nd of April is International Children’s Book Day and I present to you @Stacey Fru, Child Author’s International AWARD. I take this opportunity on behalf of my husband @Emmanuel Anyefru and my Children Shanon, Synclaire and Sydney, their dog, Diamond and the rest of our immediate family and extended families, friends and well-wishers to thank all those who have recognised @Stacey Fru, Child Author in one way or the other. Because of the local recognition from Johannesburg, to Gauteng Province, to the whole of South Africa, government, businesses, media, etc. to the African continent to the world, I want to say that all Emmanuel and I did was to birth a child. All our child did was to write a book. You have shown us through your support that Stacey is a possibility. Thank You for her and for you. In South Africa, there is a word Ubuntu! Which means I am because you Are.
Egypt is where civilisation began. It is no surprise that a Writer like 12 year old Stacey, who is also a Philanthropist, Activist and Public Speaker got her first International Award from the president of this country His Excellency Abdelfattah El Sisi as one of the 14 most Promising Arabians and Africans Youth in a forum where the youngest person would be 18.
If you call this a dream come true, I call it a reason to dream. Africa Arise.
