I do not recommend that beginners read this. This is written for those who are ready, willing, and able to take their life in their own hands. Are you ready to seriously start making serious strides towards saving a minimum of R200,000.00 as deposit for 1st property?
You need some of these extreme budgeting techniques
Go Cheap or Walk to Work: Stay within walking distance to work. If you already have a car, get rid of it or rent it out. Remember that a car is a liability.
Living: The Rent Hack: Find a 2-5 bedroom house or apartment or house that you can rent. Pay for the entire property then rent it by the room to others making sure that they cover full rent payment plus profit even or make you leave for FREE. Always notify the owner to stay out of trouble.
Grocery Shop Cheap: Food is another large expense for many. ONLY buy what is on your list. Buy in bulk. Go meatless for lunch.
Gym Memberships: Exercise with friends and relatives at home.
